Every WEDNESDAY, we hold a sesshin or meditation sitting from 7.45 pm to 9 pm.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.

You can light candles, sit on a cushion, and follow specific instructions on how to meditate, but the truth is that you already know how. Your everyday life is already filled with many moments in which you connect with yourself in this way. You simply need to recognize that you’re naturally meditative, and amplify that place inside you. On the “A TYPICAL SESSION” link on the left you’ll find some basics to help.
Each Spring, there are short courses in both vipassana (mindfulness of breathing) and metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditation. These are designed to be accessible to complete beginners and draw on the Buddhist and Christian traditions.
